Pre-K Program Teachers/Teacher Assistants School Year 24 - 25

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare classroom environment to support a developmentally appropriate curriculum by setting up changing and maintaining both indoor and outdoor environment.
  • Assess individual and group needs while attending to special needs, specific interest, strengths, and concerns of the children.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans.
  • Observe and record observations in conjuction with developing children's invidual goals, objectives, and outcomes.
  • Follow a consitent daily schedules which includes individual activities, small and large group activities, allowed for child choice times.
  • Work with early intervention or appropriate agencies in developing specialize planning for children and families as needed.
  • Mainting accurate written records, including but not limited to child assesments, lesson plans, and other required forms.
  • Education experience AA associates in early childhood.
  • BA in early childhood.
  • Currently pursuing a AA or BA in early childhood education.
  • Willing to continue course work in early childhood state scholarship program.
  • Maintaining confidentiality regarding staff, children and families.


Work Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in related field

Infant Toddler Teachers

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lesson plans.

  • Follow a consitent daily schedules which includes individual activities, small and large group activities, allowed for child choice times.
  • Work with early intervention or appropriate agencies in developing specialize planning for children and families as needed.

  • Education experience AA associates in early childhood.
  • BA in early childhood.
  • Minimum is 6 hours or more in early childhood education.
  • Willing to continue course work in early childhood state scholarship program.
